Improving Processing at Lower Temperatures

The Challenge

Develop a 50% talc-filled masterbatch for a peelable film application. We were asked to develop a new formulation to accommodate lower processing temperatures and reduce the risk of degradation.

A talc-filled masterbatch was produced and passed the peel strength in the final application.
