Analytical Testing Laboratory

The Analytical Testing Laboratory focuses primarily on research and development testing. In addition to supporting the testing required to develop new products or improve the reliability and robustness of our existing products, the Analytical Testing Laboratory also performs analysis on samples submitted by our customers or any of our manufacturing facilities in an effort to help resolve material related issues. The Analytical Testing Laboratory operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Upon receipt of a sample for analysis, the Analytical Testing Laboratory performs the necessary steps to prepare, extract, or otherwise condition the material for analysis as required by the specified ASTM, ISO, or other standard test method. The most common tests requested include material composition, base resin identification, additive analysis, and weatherability, in addition to characterization of the thermal and dynamic properties of the material. An Analytical Report is written for every analysis and is stored, along with the original observations, raw data, and all the supporting information, in our electronic data system so that it can be easily retrieved at anytime in the future.
